I am Ram Prasad Padhya, the Founder and Managing Director of Juba Supplies and Maintenance Ltd. (JSM Group), with nearly two decades of experience in management, technical operations, and international project leadership. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to delivering excellence and building lasting partnerships across diverse sectors and geographies.
Through JSM Group, I have had the privilege of leading numerous projects in South Sudan, working closely with major international organizations such as the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS), UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, UNOPS, GIZ, and The Global Fund (via UNDP). Under long-term agreements (LTAs), my company has consistently provided high-quality services in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), logistics, and other specialized technical fields.
My professional footprint extends beyond South Sudan to Afghanistan, Cambodia, Dubai, and Nepal, where I have successfully implemented complex projects and led multicultural teams in demanding environments. I take pride in combining strategic vision with a practical, hands-on approach to achieving sustainable results.
In addition to my business endeavors, I am honored to serve as the President of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) National Coordination Council, South Sudan, where I strive to unite and empower the Nepali community abroad. I also serve as the Honorary Trade Representative of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce for the Republic of South Sudan, a role through which I actively promote bilateral trade, investment, and goodwill between our two nations.
